Refund and Cancellation Policy
We accept returns or exchanges of items within a period of 30 days upon receiving the delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
In case of cancellations;
We accept cancellations. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your order cancellation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Estimated Delivery Time
At Marriya, it is one of our top most priorities to deliver your orders on time.
How many days will it take to ship my product?
Shipping usually takes 2-3 days from when the order is made any day from Saturday to Thursday (not applicable during public holidays and Friday) as we are using a third party delivery company.
What if the item I received is damaged on delivery?
At Marriya we make sure that all dispatched items have undergone quality check and are in perfect condition. In case of such anomalies, please send us an email within the same day to info@marriya.com. We will schedule a pick-up of the damaged item and immediately replace it ASAP.
I don't want to receive my order, what should I do?
You can cancel your order at any time before the order's status changes to "shipped" through your account. Once the order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
